Paula Frost, CMT
Paula started training in 1990 at the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork learning basic massage as well as Sports and Deep Tissue Massage. She has also studied Japanese Anma, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Tai Chow (a Massage the uses feet), Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese/Thai  medical abdominal massage), Qi Qong (Universal Tao), and Lymphatic Massage.

In 2006 Paula became a Certified Lifestyle Educator, and teaches simple Qi Qong meditations to help her clients elleviate the effects that stress has on the body.

Paula enjoys working with joint injuries, repetitive use injuries, and postural problems. She also does medical abdominal massage along with guided meditiations to help release blockages in the body. "I believe that massage is a wonderful tool to improve one’s overall well-being."

Tammy Newstrom, CMT, ABT, CST
Trained in the comprehensive program at CenterPoint School of Massage Therapy in both Eastern and Western style bodywork, Tammy has a passion for learning new ways to relieve pain and liberate the body’s healing abilities. Her focus is rehabilitation in conjunction with nutrition and lifestlyle coaching.  Tammy is a Certified FirstlLine Therapy LifeStyle Educator.  She combines many different styles of bodywork to acheive the best possible results.  Some sessions may include CranioSacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Meridian Therapy, and Sound Therapy.  Again, Tammy's focus is in Medical Rehabilition Massage.  She has a passion for helping to ease pain within the body, and helping her clients recover from traumatic injury.

Colleen Geigle-Losssing, CMT 
Has been a bodyworker since 1996. Trained in Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Pregnancy (pre, during and post) – Really enjoys this type of massage. Additional training and certification from Northwest Health Sciences in Pregnancy massage as well as Russian Medical Massage from Kurashova Institute.

Julie Reid, CMT
Graduated from Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork, has been a bodyworker since 2005. Loves working with people and hearing their stories. Enjoys teaching people about their bodies and the functions of the various systems. Feels benefits herself when she
gives to her clients. Is a member of ABMP – Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Cece Gellerman, CMT 
A 2006 graduate of Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork. Trained in Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue/Sports massage, Trigger Point and Hot Stone. Utilizing Hot Stones in most of my massages I get positive feedback regarding a deeper level of relaxation and overall well being. Also trained in Energy Based Healing and Reiki - Level 1. Is a member of ABMP – Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Danielle Holten, CMT                                                                                                                                                             Trained at High Tech Institute, St. Louis Park, MN in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue. It is my goal to assess the entire body to determine the root cause of pain. By doing so, I hope to help increase joint mobility and decrease daily pain in patients.

Trained in Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point. Brenda particularly enjoys Deep Tissue work.

***REFLEXOLOGIST***      Elizabeth Crea                                                                                                                                         I completed my studies at Sr. Rosalinds School of Massage and graduated from the Reflexology program. I studied many hours of courses and practical hands on to give the best therapy I can. In the following year I studied for & received my ARCB - (American Reflexology Certification Board) National Certification. This past summer (2007) I studied with Lillian Tibshraeny-Mortin in Meridian Therapy and have incorporated this with my reflexology. They work beautifully together. I am looking forward to working with clients and watching this work bring your body to a healthier state.

***Reiki Master***            Amy Nesdahl                                                                                                                                      Amy has been a certified Reiki Master since 2002.  Her versatile background includes everything from sales to management to self employment.  She holds a Bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University in Speech and Language disorders and a Master's degree in Audiology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  In 2002, Amy was lead to Reiki and has been on an increasingly fulfilling path ever since.  "The first time I received Reiki, it changed my life.  I felt a deep desire to learn Reiki and share it with everyone I knew!"                                Each client and each session are different and unique.           *For more information on Reiki, see "Services" and "Reiki".
