Massage for stress and tension:

This massage focuses on releasing chronic muscular tension and pain, improving circulation of blood and lymph, reducing mental and physical fatigue and stress. Massage for stress can also help promote better sleep, concentration, control tension headaches, and reduce anxiety. This massage is meant to calm and sooth you and just help you feel better.

Level II: Body Wellness Massage 

Massage for improving balance, movement and energy systems:

This massage focuses on increasing range of motion, reducing adhesions, and improving muscle tone. It also addresses areas of stress in other muscles created through compensating for a past injury or demands placed on the body due to work and other activities. If your focus is on the mind body connection, energy work focuses on opening and balancing the chakras, clearing blockages from energy channels, and restoring a sense of grounding and awareness of the moment.

Level III : Injury Massage

Massage for injuries and eastern modalities:

This massage focuses on helping the body heal after a trauma, it can help reduce swelling, bruising, and pain. By speeding recovery time massage can help reduce muscle atrophy and problems caused by compensation for the injury. Eastern modalities incorporate Asian theories of medicine and use a variety of techniques to affect the bodies soft tissue, joints, and meridian systems. The purpose is to release the innate healing ability of the person.

Level IV: Medical Massage 

We will coordinate with referring doctors in aiding with recovery from injury or illness:

This massage is an Injury Massage with the addition of comprehensive neurological and orthopedic assesments combined with muscle testing using Applied Kinisiology. Detailed notes are kept for the purpose of coodinating with your referring doctor.

Level IV: Medical Massage
$50 per 15 minutes increments
